In this course, I'll teach you how to create stunning digital illustrations.
We'll create 9 pieces with different themes: we'll draw a fruit, landscape works, portraits of people, and other illustrations.
You'll learn to work with a palette, build a composition based on one or several references.
I'll teach you to draw the human figure, relying on basic principles of anatomy and form.
You'll master my unique technique for drawing illustrations on a tablet and learn to create interesting effects and use additional program features.
I'll be working in Procreate during the course, but you can use other similar programs like Infinite Painter, Photoshop, or any that allow working with layers.
If you want to learn how to draw cool illustrations on a tablet, I invite you to take this course. In the lessons, I explain the material in detail and demonstrate it in practice, so beginners can easily follow along. Experienced artists will find it interesting to work on new subjects and master my unique drawing technique.
Lessons can be completed not only in Procreate but also in other programs - Infinite Painter for Android or Photoshop for PC, or any other drawing apps that support layers. If you plan to take the course in a program other than Procreate, you can use standard brushes similar to those in the lessons.

About Procreate. Basic functions of the program
In this lesson, we will get a detailed introduction to the functions of Procreate, which will allow you to create cool digital illustrations. In the following lessons of our course, you will deepen this knowledge and refine your drawing techniques.
Lesson 3
Hand positioning. Overview of materials for work
In the third lesson, we will move from theory to practice and perform a series of useful exercises for hand positioning. You will get acquainted with a new artistic tool and practice drawing techniques.

Colors and palette
In this lesson, we will get acquainted with the palette in Procreate. You will learn how to work with color and apply this knowledge when drawing illustrations.
Lesson 5
Art theory
In the fifth lesson, I will tell you about the basic stages of working with an illustration. You will learn the mechanics of drawing digital images and be able to apply this knowledge when working with any reference(s).

How nice it is to hold a loved one's hand.
In this lesson, I propose to work in detail on a romantic composition. You will see the difference between male and female hands and how to convey these features in an illustration.

In this lesson, we will draw a full female portrait. We will convey an interesting angle and complement the work with a striking background.

In this lesson, we will draw a full-length girl in an unusual and striking pose. You will learn to convey feelings and femininity of the figure in the illustration, and add detailed elements to make the work interesting.

In this lesson, I will tell you about the main criteria important when selecting references. We will discuss which references should be considered unsuitable. I will teach you how to use multiple references simultaneously within one work to create a more complete and high-quality illustration.

Let's get to know each other better. I will tell about myself, my creative journey, and specifically how to grow from an ordinary artist into a Letter «Illustrator». I will show how I live and what I do.

In this lesson, I will try to energize you with my enthusiasm and give you motivation for further development. You will hear about my ups and downs, and how to adapt for comfortable work on illustrations.

Of course, you can join the course! Ekaterina enthusiastically teaches a modern direction called digital illustration. The course starts with basic concepts. Gradually, the instructor provides more complex material, honing your skills. By the end, you will learn to create bright, full-fledged digital illustrations.
After watching the lesson, you will complete and upload a photo of your work in the comments for feedback, and our instructor will respond with a comment. In the comments section, you can also leave any questions or wishes.
If you have a plan without feedback, everything depends on your personal pace at which you go through the lessons.
For plans with feedback, we actively go through lessons over two months from the moment you «unfreeze» the course.
