Drawing a Gooseberry in a Mug
In the lesson, you are going to:
- Learn how to arrange a mug with berries on a sheet;
- Learn how to draw a mug with a pencil.
- You'll get to know the closed pouring technique.
- Learn the peculiarities of painting a glaring object.



Drawing a bright pumpkin
In the lesson, you are going to:
- In the lesson, you will learn how to draw a simple shape of a pumpkin with a pencil.
- Learn how to show the volume of a pumpkin with color;
- Learn how to paint a background for the subject.



Drawing copper pans
In the lesson, you are going to:
- Learn how to correctly arrange the total mass in the sheet and build each object with a pencil;
- Learn how to paint copper objects using the wet pouring technique;
- Get to know the peculiarities of color combinations



Drawing wild mushrooms
In the lesson, you are going to:
- learn how to choose objects on the reference, how to make a selection and how to arrange them on a sheet for a harmonious picture;
- get familiar with the peculiarities of the texture of mushrooms and how to paint them in watercolor;
- learn how to combine objects with the help of a background.



Drawing pears in a mug
In the lesson, you are going to:
- learn how to draw a mug and pears with a plain pencil;
- learn how to add objects (leaves), figure out the composition so that the picture was harmonious;
- get to know the closed pouring technique.

Materials
1. Watercolor paper, 100% cotton, 30×40 cm (except for the mug lesson – 20×30 cm);
2. Professional watercolor paints, 32 colors;
3. Additional colors:
- Payne’s Grey;
- Cerulean;
- Yellow Ochre;
4. Professional brushes:
- Round (squirrel, squirrel imitation, kolinsky – whichever you prefer) sizes 5, 7–8, 3;
- Flat elastic nylon brush, approx. 1 cm wide;
- Flat wash brush for wetting paper, approx. 5–6 cm wide;
- Soft goat-hair wash brush for large washes, approx. 4 cm wide (optional);

5. Plastic board sized to fit the paper;
6. Palette;
7. Water containers;
8. Masking tape;
9. Paper towels;
10. HB pencil;
11. Eraser, kneaded eraser.
